Mohamed Farid ZinElDin is the Managing Director for SHL Middle East and Africa (MEA), responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction across the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan. Under his leadership, SHL MEA has generated over $100 million in revenue over the past 12 years, establishing the company as a market leader in talent assessment and human capital solutions.

With over 25 years of business leadership experience in multinational environments, Mohamed has held executive positions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He is known for his operational excellence, innovative strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to SHL's clients. Mohamed began his career as a software customer engineer at Linkdotnet in Egypt. His first significant leadership role came in 2008 when he spearheaded the launch of SHL’s operations in the MEA region.

As the General Manager of SHL in the Middle East, Mohamed oversaw the company’s operations in 14 countries. In 2017, his role expanded to include the broader MEA region, where he now oversees 37 markets. His leadership has been pivotal in the company’s continued growth and influence across these regions.

An active public speaker, Mohamed also serves as an advisor to several Middle Eastern government initiatives focused on human capital and artificial intelligence. His insights into the future of work, talent management, and AI are widely respected in the industry.

Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s degree from the American University in Cairo, a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University, UK, and is an Associate Alumni of MIT Sloan School of Management. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Mohamed currently resides in Dubai, UAE.
